What is the transaction sequence?
  • Request for an offer letter.
  • Submission of know your customer (KYC) documents.
  • Payment for the initial deposit of the land.
  • Receipt of payment and contract of sale agreement.
  • Issuance of survey, letter of allocation and deed of assignment (upon completion of payment).
What is the initial deposit?

The initial deposit is ₦5,000,000.00 (Five Million Naira)

What is the payment structure?

1. One-time full payment.

2. Three months term payments (accepted as one-time payment.

3. Six months and 12 months term payments include 20% interest.

Are there any restrictions on building type?

Yes, the estate layout is in sections, and you are limited to building houses in each section based on the
designated designs/ plan for that section. However, all building designs must conform to the required
setback of building control of the estate and such design will be approved by the company and Ogun
State Government afterward (Kindly request for the company building regulation for more details).

Can I resell my plot(s)?

Yes, a subscriber that has fully paid up for his/her plot(s) and resell their land. The buyer will inherit all theassets
and liabilities on the plot(s). CRECSENDO PROPERTIES & INVESTMENT LIMITEDwould require the seller to
furnish the company with details of the buyer.

What other charges are involved after paying in full?

No charges, it covers the purchase price and statutory fee (Service charge/ Move-in charge will be
communicated later)

Is the price subject to change?

Yes, it is. The price changes once the building of infrastructure commences.

Can I pay cash to your consultants?

No! All payments for POTOMAC LUXE should be to Crescendo Properties & Invetment Nigeria Limited
designated accounts.

If I cannot continue payment of my instalment plan, can I get a refund?

Yes, in the event of refunds, you must give the company 120 working days’ notice to process your refund. The
refund shall be processed and paid 35% less than the amount paid for the plot(s) (Administrative fee and
others).

What document will I get after the initial deposit?

Receipt of payment.
Contract of sales agreement.

Is the road leading to the estate motorable?

Yes, the access road is motorable.

Why should I sign on every page of the subscription form?

To ascertain that all terms have been read and agreed by you.

What are the facilities available at ÌTÙNÙ Hills?

Electricity, Good road, Drainage System & Play Area.
